- Property will be leased on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All proposed occupants 18 or older MUST fill out an application

- Rental Application
Fill out and complete the application and be sure to sign and date the back. An application is required for each proposed tenant over the age of 18.
- Personal Guarantee/Cosigner
If you think that you may not meet the income criteria, or have a poor rental history, you should consider getting a cosigner. This form is to be completed by your co-signer/Guarantor. In the event that rent is not paid, this person will be held responsible also. In most cases it is a parent or guardian. This form must be included with your application.
- Identificaltion & Proof of Income
Along with your application, we need a copy of your driver’s license, and if you are turning in a Personal Guarantee Form, a copy of your parent/guardian’s driver’s license will also be needed. You will need to bring a copy of a paystub and/or proof of income when you drop off your application.
- Reserving to Rent (Reserving Your New Place) Online or (Download Manual Form)
If you would like to reserve your unit in advance, you may fill out this form. In order to validate this reservation you must also accompany it with a reservation deposit made payable to “IPM”. The reservation fee is equal to the amount of the security deposit and upon move in, this will be used as your security deposit, and will be refunded when you move out. If you decided not to move in, this reservation will not be refunded.
- Pay Application Fee Online or (Download Manual Form)
We cannot process your application before an application fee is paid. This covers the cost to obtain a background check. The application fee is $25 per applicant, and $15 for each cosigner.
