What is our LeaseUp service?
As industry professionals, we know the Chico area well. We have helped many clients and customers fill their vacancies over the years. We can even handle the entire process from turnover maintenance, advertising and tenant screening.
We charge half of the first monthly rent. If your property is leased for $1000, with a $1500 security deposit, you would pay us a onetime fee of $500 (once a lease it signed). If you desire additional services, such as turnover maintenance, carpet cleaning or cleaning additional fees may apply.
