The IPM Referral Program

If you refer us someone who signs a management contract, we'd like to show you our gratitude. We do this one of two ways:
  • We will waive one month of your management fees.
  • Are you local? We will send you (and your spouse) out to dinner on our tab at our favorite Chico restaurant
