We hate to see you go, but here is some important information about your MOVE OUT.

Deliver keys to office in person or by mail on your move out day. You may be charged rent for each day keys are not returned after your vacancy date.

To get the most possible refund, your unit must be clean. Here are our expectations.

Would you like a preinspection? A pre-inspection is where we meet you at your unit (before you move out) to answer any questions you may have about security deposit refunds and possible charges. We have no intention of keeping your deposit. Most tenants get back nearly all their deposit. However if you'd like a pre-inspection, please let us know.

Carpet Cleaning

Your unit must be cleaned by a professional van unit. This means you can either provide us a receipt proving it was done professionally, or you can leave it for us to do. If you do not provide proof that it was done when you return your keys, we will do it automatically. We recommend you let us clean the carpets, as we generally get a better rate. Carpet cleaning will be taken out of your deposit refund.
